This series follows four young tarantulas from different parts of the world as they take part in an international exchange program. Over four years, Jasper, Jewel, Alexandrite, and Sapphire travel between the American Southwest, Brazil, Ecuador, and India, experiencing one another’s homes, habitats, cultures, and ways of life.
Along the way, they encounter remarkable plants and animals, learn how terrestrial and arboreal tarantulas live differently, and discover just how much there is to learn from friends whose homes and lives are unlike their own.
